Program Attendance:
To ensure maximum focus, concentration, and results, this program has limited enrollment. There are two options for participation:
Open Enrollment: Individual leaders attend during the Spring of 2024.
Closed Group: Organizations have the opportunity to send one or multiple teams, with a minimum of 5 individuals per team.

Learning Cycle:
Throughout the weekend, participants will engage in Justin's immersive learning cycle, fostering personal and professional growth. This cycle involves five progressive levels of learning:
Self-Discovery: Through a series of exercises and activities, individuals undergo introspection and seek answers to thought-provoking questions that challenge their self-awareness. This process unveils insights that were previously hidden.
Self-Awareness: Building upon self-discovery, individuals and teams gain clarity by delving deeper into their own nature and the circumstances surrounding them. Acknowledging one's realities is essential for initiating change.
Learning: Knowledge acquisition, understanding, and clarity play integral roles in the learning process. However, true power lies in translating knowledge into action. By applying what they have learned, participants create new neural pathways that facilitate continuous growth.
Reflection: Reflection is an ongoing process that enables individuals to assess what is effective and what needs improvement. Becoming a reflective practitioner allows for the identification and elimination of blind spots, providing evidence to support personal growth and learning.
Action: Understanding alone does not guarantee implementation. Individuals must learn how to set measurable goals, evaluate progress, and take decisive action as they embark on each new learning cycle. Bridging the gap between knowledge and application is crucial.

Additional Information
Registration/Accommodation
Accommodation and food are separate from the registration price. Once participants are registered for the program, they will receive an email confirmation outlining how to book one of the discounted rooms available at the Delta Lodge or Crosswater Resort. Participants may share a room with another person or choose to stay by themselves. Participants are on their own for food and there are a variety of restaurants and food options available.
