Welcome to Kananaskis 2.0 - Advanced Leadership
Prerequisite: Transformational Leadership
This is the next level of training which helps you identify, address and remove personal, team and systemic constraints. This unique development builds on Transformational Leadership 1.0. Transformational Leadership is a process and not a one-time event. This advanced training approach allows you to actively engage in a process that encompasses personal transformation, leadership & emotional intelligence skills, team-building and cultural change; all strategically combined in an experiential training that has proven to deliver exceptional results.
The central role of leadership is to be an architect for the future… to ‘go the way’ and ‘show the way’ of excellence in everything you do! This certification training is for leaders who have completed Transformational Leadership 1.0 and who have capacity to be life-long change agents. Transformational leaders are able to inspire others, facilitate culture and create an environment for learning, collaboration, and innovation. Leaders must model the behaviors they expect from others, including authenticity, courage, and vulnerability.
Becoming a transformational leader is not possible without self-awareness & execution: true awareness of self and the ability to understand and relate to others while taking meaningful action. These capabilities are developed through deep refection, skill building, practice, and feedback.
Kananaskis 2.0 - Advanced Leadership will leave participants with the confidence to implement change within themselves and their teams, businesses or organizations. Participants will learn three essential skills over the course of three days: self-mastery, execution and influence.

Registration/Accommodation
Accommodation and food are separate from the registration price. Once participants are registered for the program, they will receive an email confirmation outlining how to book one of the discounted rooms available at MountKidd Manor for the reduced seminar price. Participants may share a room with another person or choose to stay by themselves. Participants are on their own for food and there are a variety of restaurants and food options available.
