text messages are instant.
U tilize Visuals - images define this culture. We live in a technological haven - TV, movies, MTV, the
Internet, iPhone.
I nvolved - individuals in this generation do not like to sit and listen. This is a generation that is more right
brained and creative. They want to conceptualize instead of regurgitate information.
P articipation - interfacing 24/7 is a common occurrence with this generation. They are accustomed to working in
groups and on teams. They rarely spend any time by themselves and enjoy socializing.
E valuation - this is key because it allows individuals to grow and correct their current behavior or skill.
