The Power of Self-Dominion
The Power of Self-Dominion requires individuals to govern their own lives by leading themselves effectively and meaningfully, rather than relying on external factors. Too often, people are casted into leadership positions and do not possess or do not have the skills to lead themselves successfully. Before anyone can lead others, they must first possess the skills to lead themselves. Leaders who possess the Power of Self-Dominion encompasses the following self talk:
- I AM a person who knows who I AM and what I stand for.
- I AM a person who commits passion to the purpose, knowing that passion is the power that generates new emotions in people which leads to achievement and fulfillment.
- I AM an individual who recognizes that fears will always surround me. I feel the fear and do it anyway because I know who I AM and where I AM going.
- I AM a Servant Leader knowing that when I serve others, they serve me in return.
- I AM a person who judges no one, knowing that judging others withdraws energy from my emotional and mental energy account. My purpose and vision does not include judgment as a role or responsibility.

The Power of Action is about becoming clear on what you want and where you are going. Often, people know what they want but struggle with how to get there. They possess a lack of clarity and become immobilized. Leaders must be able to identify their desired outcome and make that decision to take immediate action. A leader who possesses The Power of Action encompasses the following self talk:
- I AM a person who takes action based on the decision to do so. There is no such thing as failure, just the ability to learn from my mistakes.
- I AM focused on my vision and of what the end result will look like. I AM fixated on my vision during challenging times.
- I AM a person of destiny. I AM bold and know that I become bolder each day. It is who I AM.
- I AM willing to go against the popular decision if it obstructs my purpose because I AM a leader, not a follower.
- I AM open to hearing from others because I know the power of collective intelligence.

The Power of Relationships
The Power of Relationships is about connecting with others. We are designed to work in teams. True Leaders recognize that it is their ability to connect and serve everyone around them so the purpose and vision of their cause will be achieved. When he effective leaders build connections, they never ask, "What can you do for me?" But rather, "What can I do for you?" There is no faster way to empower individuals then through the power of servant leadership. A leader who possesses The Power of Relationships encompasses the following self talk:
- I AM a person who invites others into my cause because I know that any cause worth living for can only be accomplished by a team of committed individuals.
- I AM committed to serving others around me because no one will win unless we all win. I model the way.
- I AM a news reporter. I AM committed to working with others on all levels to create positive and meaningful news for all to hear!
- I AM a person of clarity. When I know my purpose and vision, I AM able to communicate it to those around me. Clarity is Power!
- I AM committed to create a personal Global Positioning Support (GPS) Team—key people who meet with me regularly to direct, guide, and hold me accountable. They are my inner circle. I AM a stronger leader because of their support.
